Terms of Service
Last updated: draft.
1. Service description
Sponsor Portal ("we", "us") provides a software platform that helps UK sponsor licence holders organise and track information related to their sponsor duties, drawing on publicly available Home Office guidance.
2. Not legal or immigration advice
Sponsor Portal helps you organise and track sponsor compliance information based on publicly available guidance. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified immigration adviser or solicitor, and you remain responsible for your duties as a licensed sponsor. Verdicts, deadlines and recommendations produced by Sponsor Portal — including salary thresholds, SOC code matches, reporting deadlines, eligibility checks and genuine-vacancy evidence — are decision-support tools, not legal conclusions. You must verify any outcome against current Home Office guidance and, where appropriate, qualified advice.
3. Account and acceptable use
You must keep your account credentials confidential. You may not use the service to store information you do not have lawful authority to process, or to attempt to compromise the service's security.
4. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited as set out in your subscription agreement. Because compliance data evolves and bugs can occur, you should not treat any single output of the service as definitive without independent verification.
5. Subscription, termination, and changes
Subscription terms, billing, cancellation and termination rights will be set out in your order form or in-product checkout. We may amend these terms with reasonable notice.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
